Ronald J. Boom passed away on Saturday, September 23, 2023. He was born August 20, 1946, in Grand Forks, North Dakota to Donald and Magdalene Boom and was a big brother to Peggy, Cindy, and Judy. He attended school in Grand Forks, graduating from Saint James High School in 1964. His professional experience included work in the copper mines for the Anaconda Company in Butte, Montana, 1980 moved to the Tri-Cities where he worked for Sandvik Special Metals, DOE in Environmental Compliance. During retirement he drove the bus for both Pasco School District and Tri-Cities Prep.
