rachel: back to fox & friends. three years later, seattle still facing brutal fallout from that failed summer of love, as crime and homelessness continues to sore. one local ice cream shop, which once supported the chop zone, is now suing the city, claiming its constitutional rights were over run by the cities decision to abandon the 10-block area overtaken by protesters to support a hostile occupation while leaving it unchecked by police. joe gamaldi is the national vice president for the fraternal order of police and he joins us now. joe, this is really interesting, because this ice cream shop owner was all in favor of the summer of love and all of the people who took over chop and what was the other name? chaz which was a little jazzier name but it destroyed that neighborhood and destroyed her business and now she s mad about it. yeah, life comes at you
kayleigh mcenany is the co-host of outnumbered. have you ever seen anything like this before, kayleigh? i was stunned. so i read what was said and i didn t believe it until i saw it with my own eyes. i mean this is a woman who is a marine, this woman standing up to the co-chair saying she was touched, talking about being sexually assaulted and she gets shouted down? that s how we treat women? that s what the me too movement does. shout down women and say take it to the police? i thought they didn t believe in police in societal. i thought they wanted to defund autonomous zone, chop zone free of police. how does she take it to the police for starters? the line that just really got me was i m glad he s here because sex offenders are another group of the population that is most vulnerable no sex offenders prey on the most vulnerable.
christine drazan could become the state s first republican governor in 40 years. kayleigh mcenany joins us now. kayleigh, the president was in colorado to dedicate a park. the purple states don t want him. no. what s so interesting, so look at where the president is going, where he s not going, right? he s going to california, to colorado, to oregon. where is he not going during the west coast swing? arizona and nevada where you have senate races that are within single digits. how about pennsylvania too? pennsylvania, no, nobody wants him. jen psaki was right, when she gave the sober analysis, that the president is a drag on a democratic ticket. just talking about the economy, that s certainly in all the polls, one of the number one things. when you look at oregon, i mean how has portland, oregon, devolved, you know, from the chop zone, all that over stuff, over the last year or two. people say what happened to my state? what happened to my town? i was there about a year ag
another young man shot and killed at the chop zone. there was plenty of notice. the city, the state, the county were all on notice. as i recall president trump offered to send in the national guard but it was denied. there was mayhem, there was tremendous amount of violence and madness going on. in fact, there was a war lord that was working with various city officials which we will investigate in more depth through the discovery process. and there were text messages going back and forth. there were photos of various city leaders with this individual. they were assault rifles actually being handed out to this makeshift police force. i call them chop cops by this
