云海金属(002182)8月17日晚间公告，为扩大公司原镁、镁合金的生产和销售规模，公司下属全资子公司巢湖云海镁业有限公司(以下简称“巢湖云海”)、重庆博奥镁铝金属制造有限公司(“重庆博奥”)决定以增资方式引进投资者。此次增资方为金石制造业转型升级新材料基金(简称“金石基金”)，增资总额6亿元，其中对重庆博奥增资1亿元，对巢湖云海增资5亿元。
