PUTRAJAYA: A former crane operator will serve 36 years in jail and be whipped 20 times after the Court of Appeal allowed his appeal against his sentence for raping his two underage daughters.
PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal has struck out an appeal in relation to a sexual assault lawsuit brought by a former research assistant of Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim against him, following withdrawal of the appeal.
PUTRAJAYA: Muhammed Yusoff Rawther has withdrawn his appeal against a High Court’s decision which dismissed his application to remove several paragraphs in Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim’s statement of defence and counterclaim in a lawsuit.
