Taylor Morrison Florida communities will soon be under new management. Evergreen Lifestyles Management has been selected to manage the lifestyle and operations for all Taylor Morrison s signature resort-style Esplanade communities and most of its portfolio communities in Florida. This management change will occur over a 90-day period, with the first transitions to be effective on February 1, 2021.
