Dr. Wine Manila reopened a little over a month ago on Algier St., Poblacion. With chef Alain Raye now manning the kitchen, it’s a haven for those who love their French cuisine and have been itching to travel again and head to Paris, Normandy, Lyon, and the Cote d’Azur.
