[inaudible] a few industrial parcels down there. you ll talk about them first. this is a total of eight parcels that are currently zoned c.m., which is heavy commercial. that s one of the older commercial and industrial zoning districts that the planning department is trying to phase out citywide. it s very permissive. these parcels are zoned heavy commercial and industrial protection zone, which takes away the possibility of housing and offices there. and what we re suggesting here is very simple rezoning. again, this is from c.m. heavy commercial. to pdr-1g. the zoning already prohibits housing and restricts office, so the industrial protections on overlay is not necessary anymore. and we ve done a lot of
