CHITWAN, April 25: Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairman Rabi Lamichhane has been declared the winner of the Chitwan constituency no 2 by-election to the House of Representatives and has been provided a certificate for the same.
CHITWAN, April 25: The victory of Rabi Lamichhane, chairman of the Rastriya Swatantra Party, is confirmed from Chitwan Constituency Number 2. With around 78,277 votes counted, Lamichhane is leading his nearest rival by more than 42,000 votes.
