NORRISTOWN, PA The 2021 primary election in Pennsylvania is just around the corner, and several municipal races are on the ballot for local voters to decide.
Many of the races that appear on the ballots are uncontested in the primary, meaning that the only real decision voters will need to make will come in the general election in November.
