SIDNEY — Through a Competitive Affordable Housing Program grant through Stockman Bank, the Richland County Housing Authority plans on upgrading equipment in two of their apartment buildings.
NeighborWorks Montana is one of eleven Montana organizations to receive Stockman Bank and FHLB Des Moines Affordable Housing Grants, recently being awarded $80,000.
