Chip City Cookies is opening its first New Jersey location Monday in Newark. Additional openings are scheduled for February in Ridgewood and Hoboken, and it plans to have 40 units by the end of 2023.
The gourmet cookie brand is opening its doors in Newark on January 24th to scale beyond New York City and strengthen its brand position within the growing gourmet cookie segment.
