A “Friendship Tree” was planted at Chinese Embassy Compound as part of 70th Anniversary of Pakistan-China Diplomatic Relations.
?Foreign Secretary Sohail Mahmood and Chinese Ambassador His Excellency Nong Rong planted a Friendship Tree on 13 April at the Chinese Embassy Compound, as part of ongoing celebrations to commemorate the 70th Anniversary of the establishment of Pakistan-China diplomatic relations.
?The 70th Anniversary celebrations were jointly initiated by Foreign Minister Makhdoom Shah Mahmood Qureshi and Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi, in a virtual ceremony held on 2 March 2021.
