國賠會委員由市長指派 綠營議員要求侯友宜承擔恩恩案責任 - 生活

新北市中和區2歲童「恩恩」今年4月感染武漢肺炎（新型冠狀病毒病，COVID-19）過世，「恩恩」爸向新北市政府等3單位請求國賠皆不成立。民進黨新北市議員廖宜琨等人今天質詢說，國賠會的委員是由市長指派，當國賠案出現爭議時，不論正面或負面評價，理應由市長一律承擔。新北市長侯友宜表示，尊重國賠審議委員會決定。針對「恩恩」爸昨晚在臉書發文，指13日收到新北市政府的國賠公文，但他認為內容輕描淡寫、讓人憤怒，且市府拒絕提供國賠委員會出席委員名單，也不邀請他參與，他無法接受審議結果。
