南投縣長林明溱以擔任縣長特助兒子林儒彬之名，興建實價登錄2600萬元豪宅，遭質疑財產來源不明，且林明溱回應這是利用選舉補助款及貸款自行購地興建，土地一坪買7萬元，興建費一坪9萬元，只花1500萬元的說法，民進黨南投縣議員參選人曾琮愷、沈夙崢今天則再度召開記者會指出，林明溱說法與當地地價每坪分別為9.1萬元及9.2萬元有所出入，且林明溱4年財產申報存款只減少120萬元，如何蓋豪宅？是否有未申報的財產？針對質疑，林儒彬下午也準備資料回應，指除土地一坪價格父親有口誤，其他都兜得攏，至於大哥的那戶是他們自己花錢興建。
