中國湖南省2019年2月發生一起擄人囚禁案，56歲男子龍喜和駕車外出時，見路邊等車少女心生歹念，將其誘拐上車後強載回家，並把少女監禁於家中地窖，時間長達20多天，並用各種手段脅迫、性侵少女得逞。該案曝光，本月28日判決出爐，當地地方法院依照中國最高人民法院下達死刑判決，將龍喜和押赴刑場行刑。綜合中媒報導，身高170公分左右、身材壯碩的龍喜和在2019年2月13日駕車外出，誘騙當時16歲的受害人上車，對其使用綑綁、封口、麻袋蒙面等手段控制，並將受害人以鐵鍊囚於家中事先搭建好的地窖，具體囚禁時間為2019年2月13日至同年3月9日，時間長達24天，龍喜和期間更以槍擊、電擊等方式恐嚇被害人並多次性侵得逞。
