According to the Ross County Prosecutor s Office, Sheriff s deputies were called to the grounds of the VA Medical Center January 24th to assist with an assault.
34-year-old Anthony W. Pagani had bruised and bloody knuckles, and admitted he was very intoxicated and had been in a fight. The victim stated Pagani tried to stab him with a piece of a bone and a large object, and had a gash on his forehead.
Pagani also shattered the driver s-side window of a cuiser by smashing his head into it.
For indictments on felonious assault and vandalism, he could get up to nine years and $17,500 in fines.
