Newsroom. We begin this hour with more Breaking News. Yet another shootdown of a highaltitude object, this one confirmed a short time ago in the skies over the yukon in Northern Canada. President biden and canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau gave norad the order to shoot down the object early in the day. A u. S. Fighter jet successfully brought it down. Its not clear if this latest shootdown is related to yesterdays downing of another object off the northeastern coast of alaska. That was near the canadian border, nor is it clear if its related to the chinese spy balloon that was shot down last saturday. Arlette saenz is at the white house.
