GREAT FALLS â Several agencies in Great Falls are organizing a scavenger hunt as a fun and educational way to get outside and explore downtown.
The event will run from March 28 through April 3.
It is being organized by Court Appointed Special Advocates-Children s Advocate Network (
There will be six clues which will be displayed in the windows of downtown businesses. Each clue will contain a red letter. When you find all the letters it will reveal the secret code word that ties in with a display at The History Museum.

GREAT FALLS â The Childrenâs Museum of Montana in Great Falls will be hosting their annual Chocolat Noir fundraising event next month, but this year, itâll look a little different.
The silent auction fundraiser that is usually a large gala event has been moved online this year due to Covid-19 restrictions.
Beginning on February 1st, gift packages ranging from kitchen tools to plane tickets will be offered on the museumâs
Participants can place a bid on each gift item all throughout the month of February and winners will be announced at the end of the month.

CorpsThat, an organization that works to connect the deaf community with the outdoors through education, recreation, and careers.
âWe want to be able to inspire them to give the best that they can and to provide a language opportunity for them, said Amanda Fudge, co-founder of Conservatory ASL Northwest. âMany deaf kids in Montana donât have a place where they can actually go and have language access so weâre hoping to raise that option for them.â

GREAT FALLS â The Childrenâs Museum of Montana in downtown Great Falls needs help to fund its move into a new building. The museum plans to move from its current location near the Civic Center to the former Pacific Steel & Recycling building at 1401 3rd Street NW when the lease on the current building expires in 2023.
The move will give them 46,000 square feet more than their current building. To buy the building and get fully moved in, the museum needs $3.9 million, and a
GREAT FALLS, Mont. - A new location is on its way for the Childrenâs Museum of Montana, but administrators are calling on help from the community.
With less than four years left on the contract for the space, the museum is looking to take its operations to a bigger location and provide even more opportunities.
Childrenâs Museum of Montana has been operating on Railroad Square for more than 20 years and has been in the planning process for a couple of years.
A lot of expansion has already taken place at the current location, but Administrative Assistant Joslin Knightstep said they can expand even more if they get the new building.
