MANSFIELD - Richland County is lifting COVID restrictions along with the rest of the state, generally leaving mask requirements up to individual departments and county office holders.
Commissioners took time during their meeting Tuesday to review COVID policy changes for agencies under their jurisdiction.
Gov. Mike DeWine announced earlier this month nearly all pandemic related health orders would expire June 2, meaning masks will no longer be required at retail stores and restaurants; tables won’t need to be spaced at least 6 feet apart at pubs, taverns and diners; and capacity limits will be lifted on music and sports venues.
