Excelsior Correspondent SAMBA, Nov 5: Commissioner Secretary Social Welfare Sheetal Nanda, today, inaugurated a 25 bedded Child Care Institute, PALAASH at Nandpur, Ramgarh. The institute will provide shelter to the child in need of care.
