I recently had the honor of being interviewed on “The Optimism Cafe” by Victor Perton, Chief Optimism Officer at the Centre for Optimism. They are doing tremendous work sharing the science and practice of optimism worldwide. In 2020, amidst the COVID-10 pandemic, their work is more meaningful than ever, and practicing optimism is more important than ever. I had a wonderful time discussing my history with optimism and offering advice on how we can all build our optimism, even in this time of worldwide challenge.
