WapTV celebrates multi-award win

Members of the WapTV team, especially Slimmy Tee, Chief Olododo and Ebubae, entered December in a celebratory mood, as the channel recently received two awards.
The station got the
COVID-19 Impact Hero award for its contributions towards the fight against the novel pandemic at the eighth edition of the Maya Awards; as well as the
Indigenous TV Station of the Year award at the second edition of the Young Persons Award Dinner.
