A murder investigation is underway after a man was killed and another was airlifted into hospital when a car was driven into them in Surrey.
A man in his 40s was pronounced dead at the scene in Church Street, Walton-on-Thames, and another man was airlifted to hospital. The second man is expected to recover, Surrey Police said.
The incident happened at around 2.15pm on Thursday, when police were called to reports of a fight between a group of men.
Tik Tester died after a row in a M&S car park yesterday
Police say a row had broken out between a group of men when the horror unfolded in the car park yesterday afternoon.
The BMW driver is said to have got in his car and repeatedly run over Tik and the other man following the altercation .
The second man was airlifted to hospital but is expected to recover, with a 26-year-old arrested on suspicion of murder and attempted murder.
Tributes have now been paid to moped enthusiast Tik, who lives in the area with his wife Kim and two twin daughters.

A 26-year-old man, who police said is the owner of the vehicle, has been arrested on suspicion of murder and attempted murder.
Surrey Police said the force is not currently looking for anyone else in connection with the incident in Walton-on-Thames on Thursday.
Officers were called to Church Street at around 2.15pm to reports of an altercation between a group of men.
The force said one of the men got into his white 1 series BMW, and is reported to have driven at two of the other men in the group.

A hard-working father of two has died after being repeatedly run over in an alleged road rage attack in a Marks and Spencer car park.
Matthew Tester, from Walton-on-Thames, Surrey, has been named locally as the man who died on Thursday afternoon at 2:15 pm after being hit by a driver following an altercation in the car park near Church Street.
