Victim Tomasz Waga who died in Cardiff last week A DESPERATE plea has gone to people in Essex that knew a man at the centre of a murder probe in Cardiff to help. South Wales Police have launched a murder investigation following the death of 23-year-old Tomasz Waga. No arrests have been made in connection with Mr Waga s death, and officers have made fresh appeals for anyone with information to come forward. This includes friends of Mr Waga based in London and Essex, as he had travelled from the county to Cardiff the same day he was killed. Mr Waga was found dead by a member of the public in the Penylan area of the capital at around 11.30pm on January 28.
