Organised by the Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of Culture, Sport and Youth, Khibrat offers a five day intensive workshop that focuses on teaching employability skills and work ethics to a total of 600 young people across Oman. The bank hosted the program’s 11th and final session in Muscat. Upon completion, it will fund the candidates for on-the-job training in the private sector for a period of 12 months. It’s the latest youth-centred initiative NBO has launched as it seeks to support Oman’s young people and promote national capabilities.
