No one was injured in the March 17, 2020, incident, which took place outside a home on Salem Drive. The suspect, Samuel L. Moore, subsequently collided with another vehicle at the intersection of Shunpike and Evergreen roads and was taken into custody by police, according to documents. Sgt. Ryan Parsons was among a number of officers involved in a multi-jurisdictional effort to arrest Moore and was the one who fired the shot, the state report says.
