See the menu: Taste of EPCOT International Festival of the Arts begins By FOX 35 News Staff Published  (Photo by DisneyParks Blog) ORLANDO, Fla. - The Taste of EPCOT International Festival of the Arts is officially underway at Walt Disney World. The festival began on Monday and will go through February 22nd. EPCOT park guests can celebrate visual, culinary, and performing arts from around the world between those dates with specialty food, cocktails, art, merchandise, experiences, and more. A plum pudding cake can be whipped up quick and easy, making it the perfect dessert to end the day with. INGREDIENTS • 1 cup sugar • 2 tsp baking powder • ¼ tsp salt • ½ tsp vanilla essence • 2 eggs • Mix plum, ½ cup sugar and cornstarch together well. • In a bowl, sift flour, baking powder and salt, keep aside. • In another bowl whisk the butter, remaining sugar and vanilla essence. Add eggs One at a time and beat until smooth at a low speed, add flour mixture and other dry ingredients one by one ending with milk. Pour the batter over the plum with a spatula or spoon.
