what has to happen. brian: go ahead. what has to happen is whether it s state laws or county laws that created this, that s our problem and those need to be changed immediately and that s what we are asking for. brian: are you against the sanctuary city theory that if you tell people they are not going to be deported they will be more honest about unsavory characters amongst them? if there is violations in regards to violent crimes, whether it s the sanctuary state laws, whether it s certain county laws throughout california and across this nation, they absolutely need to be deported after serving their time. ainsley: if you look at what he has been accused of in the past, possession of methamphetamine, kidnapping, burglary, if he were in our country legally, would he be behind bars and would she still be alive today? absolutely.
