A Chicago film festival is joining a trend toward expanding accessibility for 2021, meaning Iowans can stream its offerings starting Friday.  The 37th Chicago Latino Film Festival will begin virtual screenings for residents of Iowa, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota and Wisconsin, in addition to Illinois. Viewers in the Midwest states will be able to stream a variety of featured films until 11:45 p.m. on April 18.
