Vernon Hills Park District’s 11th Annual Little Bear Ribfest <br/><br/>Little Bear Ribfest will be held Friday, August 19 from 6-11 pm and Saturday, August 20 from 4-11 pm in the Century Park Arboretum, 1002 Lakeview Parkway, Vernon Hills. <br/><br/>There is a $5 entry fee payable at the gate. The pandemic has put the brakes on quite a bit of Aurora’s outdoor entertainment over the past couple of years, making the return of the Blues on the Fox festival at RiverEdge Park on June 17 and 18 a little more special, officials said as they announced the fest’s musical lineup this week.
Buddy Guy is set to headline the 24th Blues on the Fox Festival at RiverEdge Park in Aurora, which returns June 17 and 18 after a two-year hiatus. Other headliners include Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Mindi Abair and The Boneshakers, Billy Branch, Melody Angel and Shemekia Copeland.
