That said things are still quite dry and hot inland away from the bay. You see towards polk valley and toward vallejo where the fire is burning, humidity is coming up as winds come across the bay. Now down to 67 degrees. Winds 10 to 20 Miles Per Hour combined with dry hill sides not good for fire danger humidity level, even with a sea breeze some inland valleys and hilltop locations seeing humidity in the 20 range.
