Shutting down sections of the bar every 15 minutes after one oclock in the morning. Having earlier last calls for alcohol. And closing down entirely before two oclock in the morning. Bar owners say they have noticed fewer officers patrolling downtown on foot on fridays, and saturdays, but because the Downtown Patrol Program has been so successful over the past year.
