Two people are on the loose this morning after a violent overnight Home Invasion robbery in San Francisco. We will have details on the attack. Time is up for a homeless encampment in the south bay. Close to three weeks ago, the police chief announced low staffing has led to the elimination of the Downtown Patrol Program. New at 11. Kron fours Philippe Djegal spoke with bar managere w doing their best to keep weekend nights peaceful. Reporter as part of their conditional use permit agreement, downtown walnut creek bar managers say they stagger closing times on busy nights. Shutting down sections of the bar every 15 minutes after one oclock in the morning. Having earlier last calls for alcohol. And closing down entirely before two oclock in the morning. Bar owners say they have noticed fewer officers patrolling downtown on foot on fridays, and saturdays, but because the Downtown Patrol Program has been so successful over the past year.
