ONLY one week is left for members of the public to comment on plans regarding the shake-up of England’s electoral map - which includes a change for Lymm and Thelwall. The Boundary Commission for England (BCE) is nearing the end of its eight-week consultation allowing members of the public to comment on initial proposals for new Parliamentary constituencies. In Warrington, the most drastic changes can be found in Warrington South – which will lose Lymm and Thelwall to Tatton, currently held by Tory MP Esther McVey. Meanwhile, Daresbury and Moore – which are in the Weaver Vale ward at present – will form part of a new Runcorn and Helsby constituency.
