Hedié Howells interview Hedie Howells changing the face of the food industry Howells was working in the field of medicine, when she took what was going to be a life changing trip to brazil and was served fresh granola . Howells decided to make the switch to the food industry ,founding and creating Husk and honey an independent ,inspired granola company with a passion for flavour and ingredients. She continues to positively affect those around her through her organic company which focusses on close relationships from the husk to the bowl. What was your teenage ambition ? I didn’t have a specific thing that I wanted to be. It was more that I wanted to be fulfilled by whatever I was doing. I could imagine that whatever field I went into would totally engross me and everything would fall into place.
