The Union County Board of Commissioners Black History Month series continues on Sunday, February 28, with a musical celebration and presentation the annual Chester Holmes Humanitarian Award. Commissioners Sergio Granados, Bette Jane Kowalski, Andrea Staten, Lourdes M. Leon, and Angela R.
