A Staffordshire dad who was threatened with a £10,000 fine for his charity Christmas lights display has been told he can switch them back on.
Trevor Payne, from Kestrel Way, in Cheslyn Hay near Stafford, was originally told he faced the hefty fine for breaching coronavirus regulations after crowds of people turned up outside his home to see the lights.
