Travis Olson, 18, of Rindge, the driver in a fatal crash on Perry Road in Rindge a year ago, has been indicted on the charge of vehicular assault in the death of one of the passengers.Nina Colasanto of New Ipswich was a passenger in a 2017 Tesla Model.
A Jaffrey man recently pled guilty to felonious false imprisonment and aggravated sexual assault in Cheshire County Superior Court in Keene and was given a year in the county jail at sentencing. Elijah Fogg, 18, of Hadley Road, Jaffrey, was indicted.

Bail for a Jaffrey woman accused of performing sex acts on a 14-year-old boy remains at $2,500 cash after her bail hearing was canceled, according to court documents.
Myrna L. Baez, 30, was due to appear at the Cheshire County Superior Court Wednesday, but her attorney filed an expedited motion to cancel the bail hearing on Dec. 30. Baez’s bail was originally set at $20,000 cash, but was reduced to $2,500 cash on Dec. 8 during her probable cause hearing at the 8th Circuit Court, Jaffrey. Baez turned herself into the Littleton Police Department on Nov. 30 at 10:29 a.m., on a warrant out of the Jaffrey Police Department. Baez was charged with two counts of felonious sexual assault: forcible sodomy.
