North Alabama man faces sexual abuse, child pornography charges

A Collinsville man faces sexual abuse and pornography charges stemming from an investigation begun last month.
DeKalb County Sheriff Nick Welden said Joshua Todd Yarbrough, 39, has been charged with first and second degree sexual abuse and possession of child pornography.
He was booked into the DeKalb County Jail on Feb. 24 and is being held on $45,000 bond.
According to Welden, investigators received a call in February from the Cherokee County Department of Human Resources about the possible sexual abuse of a juvenile. According to court documents, the victim was less than 16 years old.
