Former Arsenal and Chelsea defender Ashley Cole has been inducted into the Premier League Hall of Fame.Cole is widely regarded as the best left-back in Premier League history, winning three titles across his 15-year spell in the top flight.The 43-year-old won his first Premier League title in 2001-02 and was part of the famous Arsenal side that went through the entire 2003-04 league season undefeated.Full story below
Arsenal midfielder Lia Walti will be out for several weeks with a knee injury, Jonas Eidevall has confirmed.Walti, 30, started the 3-1 defeat to Chelsea on March 15 but was substituted in the 72nd minute being replaced by Kyra Cooney-Cross.The Switzerland captain subsequently missed the 3-1 victory over Aston Villa on Sunday, with her manager unsure if she will return before the end of the season.Eidevall said: “She suffered a minor knee injury in training this week so she will be out for several weeks.
