QUINCY Organizers of the B Street Market in Quincy are looking for volunteers to take over management of the market for the 2023 season.
“Our current market founders are all in new seasons of life that no longer allow them the time to give to the market,” according to a post in the Quincy Valley Chamber of Commerce newsletter. “We do not want to see the market go away in Quincy. It’s been growing and improving over these last five years and we know the amazing potential it still has.”
The market started on the lawn at the Quincy Valley Historical Society and Museum and moved to B Street SE in 2021. It expanded its days of operation in 2022 and was open every Saturday throughout the summer.
