Barcelona boss Xavi Hernandez insists that his side should have had a last-minute penalty against Rayo Vallecano following a challenge on Raphinha. The former Leeds United forward appeared to be fouled inside the area deep into injury time but the penalty appeal was waved away. The Catalan side were held to a 1-1 draw by Rayo to ensure that they stay third in La Liga, with the top two sides Girona and Real Madrid still to play this weekend."Was it a penalty on Raphinha? You will tell me that I am looking for excuses, but it was a clear penalty," Xavi told reporters after the match."We are not having any luck in these decisions and a lot of actions are not being interpreted in our favour."We dropped points because we did not play well in the first half, but if you ask me, we should have had a penalty."
