Black and Blue Diner, set to open for dine-in guests today at 315 S. Decatur Blvd. The new venue has been serving customers through curbside pickup and delivery since November, focusing on Southern-style diner fare with New York flair, including a club sandwich, double-decker PB&J, grilled pastrami Reuben and more. Black and Blue Diner will be open daily from 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
