NUNN IN THE OVEN Sat. January 2, 2021 12:00 AM by Jerry Nunn
Cooper s Hawk Winery & Restaurants threw a massive celebration to ring in the new year with a new twist. The company made the decision to toast virtually and safely this time with their subscribers, even offering a special carryout dinner that was just spectacular.
The Hawk has its roots in Illinois, but has successfully expanded all over the country, while building a loyal following that has proved very valuable during tough times. For the end of 2020, patrons could order a delicious meal to go to be picked up at their local restaurant location beforehand, then reheat it in their homes timed to a special online presentation from the Cooper s Hawk team on December 31.
