LUNCHES SOMETIMES A FEW FEET OF WATER IN FRONT OF HIS HOME ON DARBY STREET AN AREA THAT’S PRONE TO KEEP A LOT OF WATER AROUND FOR DAYS AFTER A HARD RAIN OUR CAMERAS WERE HERE LAST YEAR. HIS NEIGHBORHOOD HAS NO DRAINAGE AND ILLEGAL DUMPING ADDS TO THE PROBLEM. YOU SEE THIS MAKES JUST YOU HAVE A BIG A LOT OF MOSQUITOES AT NIGHT YOU CAN’T FILL OUT A NIGHT BECAUSE OF THIS WATER A LOCAL FREIGHT COMPANY NEARBY SAYS IT’S DANGEROUS FOR TH
