National Cheesecake Day is Friday, July 30, and for the tenth year, Cheesy Eddy s will observe the day by handing out free slices of cheesecake.
In all, it expects to give out 3,000 slices of cheesecake 600 pounds in all. The two-ounce slices will be offered on a first come, first served basis, and limited to one per person.
The slices will be available beginning at 10 a.m. at the store s location at the Genesee Valley Regional Market in Henrietta, 900 Jefferson Road. From the Jefferson Road entrance, turn right at Palmer s Direct to You Market. Due to limited space and staff, its original location on South Avenue will be closed for the day.
