Some of the cases heard at Salisbury Magistrates in December: DEAN GRIFFITHS, aged 35, of Rendells Court, Devizes, pleaded guilty to damaging a door in Salisbury. On April 20 last year Griffiths intentionally damaged a pane of glass in a door to the value of around £158. He indicated a plea of guilty to possessing a small folding locking knife along Castle Street on the same day. The defendant was committed to prison for six months suspended for 18 months. He was ordered to pay compensation of £158.46 and a surcharge to fund victim services of £128. GRANT WALKER-CAMPBELL, aged 52, of The Mountings, Swindon, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of drugs in Salisbury. On December 28, 2019, the defendant was driving a Volkswagon Golf along Churchill Way East with Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, one of the cannabinoids identified in cannabis, in his blood - namely 3.4 ugms.
