time the president should do his conference in the happening now chat room because the questions would be a lot pepperrier than they were i think the point of the press conference and think the chatters were keyed into this was the president put out a budget yesterday, it got kaoeud widely panned because it didn t address cuts and deficit and debt in a way that people across the political spectrum were spectrum were hoping that it would. what the president was basically doing today was defending inaction because he s going to try to draw republicans into this over the long haul, and he s not going to do it today. he criticized the press corps for being impatient but at least as it went in chat world, it was not washing. jon: yeah. so, you know, a lot of questions about that debt commission that he put together, and the debt commission came out with its report, and the president said, thank you very much and put the report on the shelf. well, and that s the credibility question here
