Chartham woman fined for flytipping after 12 bin bags of rubbish found dumped in village

A woman has been fined hundreds of pounds after 12 bin bags of waste was found dumped in a village.
It is understood the resident from Chartham, near Canterbury, had used an unlicensed waste carrier to remove and dispose of her rubbish.

But she has been fined £300 after it was found dumped in Chartham Hatch, more than three miles away from her home.
A dozen bags of household waste and other rubbish were flytipped there in early January.
