Swaffham man snapped in row over neighbour s bin, court told Published: 08:00, 03 April 2021
A neighbour putting his bin out early one morning led to a court appearance for a Swaffham man.
Aaron Barnham, who was living in a van behind his motherâs home in Ash Close, was upset as contents of the bin fell out as Andrew Richardson went by at 6.30am.
Barnham, 52, slid open the vehicleâs door and immediately started verbally abusing him.

âThe victim then left as he didnât want to be subjected to such abuse,â prosecutor Adam Warn told Lynn Magistratesâ Court on Thursday.

A motorcyclist has been fined for a road rage incident in Gaywood.
Jack Liam Garrett, 21, was also at Lynn Magistratesâ Court on Thursday on drugs supply charges.
Prosecutor Charles Corbett told the hearing that a car driver became aware of a motorcycle being ridden close behind on November 8, 2020.

A customised bike with a chainsaw engine, which was bought on Facebook Marketplace, led to a drink-drive conviction for a Lynn man.
Viktor Vangravs, 38, was almost twice the alcohol limit when he was stopped by police in the townâs pedestrianised Broad Street.
Prosecutor Kate Draper told Lynn Magistratesâ Court yesterday: âThey have seen that the bike had a custom-fitted petrol engine and speedometer and therefore this fitted the description of a motor vehicle.
