Charlotte Rowbottom s younger brother Adam, 27, from Speke, sadly died on Saturday, April 17, in Skelmersdale. In the months before his death, Adam was diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder and was prescribed a range of medication. Despite pleading for more help with his mental health since last summer, Charlotte said Adam had been on a ten month waiting list to see a psychiatrist.
